The experience begins with a guided tour of the Lagon Energy vegetable garden, a veritable oasis of biodiversity cultivated in the middle of the desert. Accompanied by our passionate and committed Chef, you’ll explore the secrets of a unique nurturing garden, adapted to the extreme conditions of the Sahara. How do you grow in harmony with the elements? A guided immersion in the heart of our Saharan organic garden.
You’ll learn to recognize local varieties, understand growing cycles, and learn about permaculture techniques used to preserve resources, capture moisture and promote sustainable food. A moment rich in exchange, discovery and ecological awareness, perfectly in line with the eco-tourism values promoted by our establishment.
Seasonal harvesting: become a part of your meal
Après la visite, place à la pratique : muni(e) d’un panier, vous participerez à la cueillette des produits de saison qui composeront votre repas. Tomates gorgées de soleil, courgettes croquantes, herbes aromatiques aux parfums puissants, feuilles de menthe fraîche, coriandre, thym du désert… chaque produit raconte une histoire, chaque ingrédient reflète la générosité de notre terre.

Before getting behind the stove, we’d like to offer you a refined tasting of organic Moroccan wine, produced in the country’s most committed estates. Red, white or rosé, each wine is selected for its character, balance and ability to enhance Moroccan dishes.
In an intimate setting, on the terrace or in the garden, depending on the season, this tasting is an invitation to relax, enjoy a convivial meal, and discover the richness of Moroccan wine – a perfect prelude to awakening your culinary talents. Cooking workshop: create your own Moroccan dishKind words build trust.
Then it’s time for the culinary workshop, the highlight of the Farm to Fork experience. Under the expert guidance of our Chef, you’ll create a typical Moroccan dish from A to Z, using ingredients you’ve picked yourself. Tajine with seasonal vegetables, eggplant zaalouk, taktouka, Moroccan salad revisited… recipes vary according to the season, the harvest and the inspiration of the moment.
You’ll learn how to dose spices, marry flavors and cook slowly in traditional earthenware dishes. This workshop is at once a cooking lesson, a moment of sharing, and a celebration of Moroccan gastronomy in its most authentic, healthy and local version.
